How does the Auto-lock feature work?
Auto-lock is the feature that automatically locks your
door when you leave your home. You do not really have to reach out to your mobile.
If the Auto-Lock feature is enabled from the Altro Smart app >> Device Settings, Altro Smart lock will lock itself automatically when you leave your home after the recommended time set.
For the Auto-lock feature to work properly, you need to make sure the door is bolted perfectly so that the alignment is correct and the lock does not get stuck or obstructed while locking itself. If the alignment is not correct and the door is not shut properly, Auto-lock will give an error.
