What if my phone is dead?
If your phone is dead, you can still operate your Altro Smart lock 2 ways:
- You can use the Physical Key provided with Altro Smart Lock to operate the lock.
- You can use your assigned Passcode for operating the lock. Simply long-press the doorbell button Altro Smart lock, illuminate the touch keypad, and enter the Passcode. Door will be unlocked.
