How to troubleshoot operating issues with Altro Smart lock

The Altro Smart lock operates using the connection over WiFi. While operating the Altro Smart lock through Altro Smart app, you might face few issues sometimes indicating poor WiFi connection:
  • Not receiving motion detection notifications
  • App not updating the lock or unlock state accurately
  • Motion detected videos not getting played consistently
  • App getting stuck while performing lock or unlock operations
  • Poor audio video while communicating with a visitor

Specially at the door location, the WiFi connection could be weaker than other areas of home. In such cases, it is advised to purchase and install a suitable WiFi extender to strengthen the WiFi connectivity and improve the performance of Altro Smart lock.
